Faint notes of apple linger beneath sweet tart cherries, followed by vague tree essence that can only be accurately described by the guy who thinks he knows everything. If you don't know who that guy is, then it's probably you. Aged with hickory bark because they live around here and we thought it would taste neat. Enjoy.
