55% Marsanne and 45% Viognier. Aged 6 months barrel fermented. Taste of peach, creme brulee, toasted cocunut and nutmeg.

50% Viognier, 25% Marsanne and 25% Rousanne aged in 5% french oak, remainder in stainless steel over 12 months. Taste of peach, pear, citrus with a broad and vibrant finish.

This 100 % unoaked Marsanne presents with pale straw color, offering lemon, Asian pear, and almond, with flint and mineral character and cleansing acidity. It is a versatile food wine best enjoyed with pairings of hard cheese, shellfish, pasta with white sauce and poultry

85% Cinsault grape and 15% Tempranillo. Aged 100% in stainless steel, no MLF. Taste of Red Raspberry, Strawberry, Mango and Melon.

This wine is a blend of Cinsault 98% and  Syrah 2% and evokes red berry, roses, quince, with tropical notes and pleasing acidity.  It is well enjoyed alone or pre-dinner but pairs well with shellfish, bistro fare, and light hor d’oeuvers.

This is our widely popular multi-varietal red blend consisting of Montepulciano, Barbera, Mouvedre, Tempranillo and Tannat grapes.  Aging was 20% in new French oak and the remainder in neutral barrel.

Tasting Notes:  Fresh rewarding fruit notes of candied strawberry, cherry, and red raspberry dominate with lighter body, soft tannin structure and finish.

The 2018 RLV Toro is a delicious red blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Merlot.  The blend is aged for 18 months with 30% in new French oak barrels and puncheons.

Tasting Notes:  earthy nose, sweet and tart cherry, black currant and spice, with grippy tannins.  Pairs well with any roast, steaks or chops!

This elegant blend presents deep ruby in color with dark red and black fruit on the palate ranging from kirsch to cassis, with accents of black tea and cloves. The oak is well integrated and restrained. The finish gently lingers.

Full bodied blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Barbera showing expressive red fruit character enticingly layered with accents of black cherry and black currants.  Its robust structure pairs well with hearty meat courses yet accompanies pastas with red sauce equally well.

This bold wine is an interpretation of a Texas Bordeaux styled blend with light purple color and moderate tannin structure. The nose evokes forest floor and earth while the aromatics bring forward black currant and cassis with accents of graphite, tar and tobacco completed with a long juicy finish, complementing its name.
