Our 2019 Viognier from the California’s Central Coast is aged in oak for a Chardonnay-like richness. Your tongue will be delighted with notes of of mango, peach, honeysuckle, tangerine, and rose petals. This wine pairs well with delicate meats or scallops.
Pinot Grigio is a less sweet than a Chardonnay because of the high acidity. This white wine has aromas and flavors of green apple, white peach, lime zest, cantaloupe, and raw almond. It pairs perfectly with white meats, seafood, and dishes with fruits like lemons, oranges, and peaches.

Syrah grapes are known to have thick skins and high tannins which makes them dark in color. This Syrah greets you with a punch of blackberry, boysenberry and allspice flavors with a warm peppery finish. We recommend pairing our Syrah with bold flavors like barbeque.
Casablanca features the best characteristics of a medium-bodied Chardonnay. Lovely notes of nectarine and pear on the nose with a subtle buttery finish. This wine pairs well with soft cheeses and salty meats.

Hippolyte Bouchard was an Argentinian naval officer that became California’s only pirate. In 1818 the privateer anchored two ships off Dana Point and sent 140 men to raid the San Juan Capistrano Mission for provisions. Bouchard’s men left several buildings damaged in their wake, including the Governor’s home, barracks, and the Mission’s wine cellar.
The Central Coast of California closely matches the climate of Spain where Tempranillo is found in abundance. This Tempranillo features black plum and raspberry with medium tannins. It finishes smoothly with hints of white pepper and vanilla.
