In the glass this pale straw mead has subtle green highlights as light stikes from various angles. Visually this is a gorgeous mead that is star bright with brilliant clarity, and gemlike character that refracts light when held to a white background. It shimmers and tantalizes with glyceric promise of richness and palate volume. After swirling it develops long, lazy legs that persist. Still and aloof this mead inspires consumption.
This sweet traditional Irish mead is wildly aromatic and boasts a primary nose replete with heather, lavender, crushed white flowers and lightly browned sugar. Secondary aromas present poached white peach and nectarine, bruised honeysuckle, underpinned by hyssop, sweet basil and chervil.

The long, persistent finish leaves impressions of wildflower honey, white, red and violet flowers, with lingering minty sweetness and warming honey and alcohol.
