Arkadia 2021 is a dry sparkling wine from a single expressive ingredient: 2.5 pounds per bottle of organically raised Maine wild blueberries, fermented with their own yeasts and neither fined nor filtered before undergoing a secondary fermentation in bottle. No sulfites are added. Like it's 2020 counterpart, it’s vibrant & light in body and alcohol. Compared to the 2020, the flavors are slightly more nuanced and the overall wine is a bit more cohesive, and there's less prominent funkiness. Both vintages retain the same delicious, vivid, and savory profile.
