Literally, Vin de Maison means wine of the house. This Bordeaux-style red is a fruity, easy-drinking wine suitable for all occasions, whether with food or just sipping after hours. 75% cabernet franc, 20% petit verdot, and 5% merlot; aged 8 months in 1-2 year old French and American oak barrels.
Dry, but complex with hints of tropical fruit. Delicate with finesse and a round body. After initial fermentation, two-thirds were aged in steel, the remaining one-third in new French oak for five months.
100% estate-grown petit manseng. Barrel fermented and aged for 6 months, this wine has a fresh and crisp acidity balanced by a subtle 1.4% residual sugar. Pairs superbly with spicy Asian and Hispanic dishes—as well as traditional Spanish tapas.
