BA Organization of Thoughts is a bourbon barrel-aged dry wildflower traditional mead. A custom blend of two wildflower honey meads, we aged this mead for nearly a year in the same barrel that previously held BA Arrangement of Beliefs, our mead that's been awarded a combined 5 Mazer Cup and NHB medals. An approachable 10%, BA Organization of Thoughts features a faint pink blush that offers hints of the delicate complexity pulled from the lingering fruit notes in this special barrel. Sophisticated and visually stunning, it's anything but an average traditional mead.
