100 percent Westside Pinot Noir. Let this one age a bit as it’s still a baby. Dark ruby in color and boasting a complex array of bing cherry, clove, spice, rose pedals and florals. On the palate, a hint of rich brown sugar and stone fruit reveals a lengthy and silky, sexy finish. 100 cases produced. 15.5% alcohol. Fermented with 25% indigenous yeast, never racked, aged on gross lees in both French and American barrels, unfined and unfiltered. Drink early 2015 to 2023.
