This Heritage Cider predominantly features the Kingston Black cider apple. We cold pressed traditional Bitter Sharp, Bitter Sweet and Heirloom apples, blending their juices before starting fermentation. We allow the cider to mature for at least five months, creating a wonderful semi-dry cider we know you will love! Our Flagship Cider.
