Our semi-sweet rosé blend is mostly derived from the Steuben variety. This versatile grape resembles the popular Catawba variety, but without as much acidity and with a tad more spice. A blend of Fredonia and Steuben, this medium-bodied wine complements light and mild poultry dishes. A perfect companion to a dressed turkey feast or summer fling.
