Our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from exquisite locally grown grapes with close cooperation between winemaker and grower. Crushed within hours of being picked, then warm-fermented and aged 19 months in French and American oak barrels for a soft and rich mouthfeel that harmonizes with the wine’s local flavor DNA. This wine has medium body and aromas of black currant, black cherry, complementing sweet vanilla and cloves with a hint of leather. Serve at cool room temperature with full-flavored meat dishes.
