8.5% ABV, 750mL Once a bustling & beloved bakery and apple orchard in the mountains outside Sonora, CA, we were lucky enough to be granted access to this now-defunct property after a friend introduced us to the caretaker. Despite the closed sign, 14 acres of heritage apple trees continue to bear fruit without irrigation, without fertilizers, without sprays. Even in one of the worst apple seasons in years due to late frosts, these trees gave us a small crop -- a hint of what this orchard may offer in years to come.
