10.4% ABV 375mL. Aurora is a single varietal crab apple cider, the product of wild fermentation and unnamed fruit. We suggest serving it lightly chilled in small glasses. This 2022 vintage has a character similar to a fine dry sherry. The experimental 2021 vintage was exclusively served by the glass in our tasting room; many have begged for a bottle to take home, and we're pleased to be able to offer the 2022 to you now! Notes: Dried apple, raw tree nut, fig, cut grass Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill to 50-55 degrees before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in a clipper or snifter glass within 6 months of purchase.
