A delightfully refreshing, fruit-forward, dry Rosé made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the estate vineyard. Utlizing the saignée process, we bled juice off the crush following just a few hours of skin contact time, then held fermentation temperatures under 70 degrees to emphasize the fruity character. The rosé went directly into tank (no oak). Malolactic fermentation was inhibited, giving the wine a tart, refreshing green-apple kick. This rosé is dry, fruity, and crisp. Delightful on a summer afternoon. Serve chilled.
