Made from “Saignee” (aka “bleed”) and is composed of the blend of 53% Merlot and 47% Cabernet Franc. The wine was fermented under cold conditions to preserve fresher aromatics and aged 3 months on fine lees to enhance the volume in mouth. The result in your glass is bright and vibrant, with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry jam.
This rosé is packed with fresh aromas of Strawberry Rhubarb jam that is backed by white pepper spice. Luscious ripened berries give way to Rhubarb flavors that bring a vibrant acidity and excellent mouth feel to the palate.
