This rosé is packed with fresh aromas of Strawberry Rhubarb jam that is backed by white pepper spice. Luscious ripened berries give way to Rhubarb flavors that bring a vibrant acidity and excellent mouth feel to the palate.

Notes

Pollak Rose 2022 was made from “Saignee” (aka “bleed” and is composed of the blend of 53% Merlot and 47% Cabernet Franc. The wine was fermented under cold conditions to preserve fresher aromatics and aged 3 months on fine lees to enhance the volume in mouth. The result in your glass is bright and vibrant, with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry jam.
