**Pressing:** October 12, 2023, settled in tank for 5 days
**Aging:** 16 months in old barrel
**Sulfur:** Added at bottling
**ABV:** 12.5%
**Tasting Profile:** Pomegranate and cranberry, rose, tea. Bright, ethereal, with solid concentration.
