This Limited Edition Merlot is a selection of barrels from Finca El Manzano, located at 1200 meters above sea level, in Chacayes, Uco Vally, Mendoza. A vineyard with young soils, heterogeneous and poor in organic matter, with a sandy loam texture and a high presence of pebbles. As a result of the elevation and soils, this region consistently produces a very unique Merlot, displaying rich, complex fruit and mineral characteristics. The grapes for this wine have been harvested and selected by hand. After the elaboration, the wine aged in 225 litres oak barrels for 12 months.
