What is Sur Lie? Sur Lie is the process of aging a wine on it's lees. The 2018 Sur Lie Chardonnay was aged on its Lees for 4 months, being stirred on its Lees weekly for the first two months then once a week until bottling. This wine shows a bright crisp acidity with beautiful tropical notes, aging has helped this wine develop a beautiful lees characteristic. This is a 100% Stainless Steel fermented Chardonnay.
