In every vintage there is a variety that shows something special and this is that one. We selected this batch of Pinot Noir from Haven Hill Vineyards to be bottled young with the future in mind. This wine shows beautiful aromatics and an acid edge that will only develop further into something special in the bottle. This wine is great to be drank now for a more acid forward Pinot Noir but it is meant to lay down for 3-4 years before enjoying.
