Notes

This wine is a combination of two of my favorite things: Apple Cider and Bourbon. We took two freshly emptied Bourbon Barrels from Grand Traverse Distillery and added our Apple Wine to them to age for 6 months. Aging in the bourbon barrel creates a blend of crisp apples with hints of vanilla and bourbon that linger on the finish.
