A superbly balanced semi-sweet Vignoles. Similar to Sauvignon Blanc in floral notes and taste with an integrated sweetness that will make even dry wine lovers love this wine. Low alcohol, low sugar, and low calories, this is what you want when cooking or waiting for the kids to come home. It is just a great, all-around American white wine.

Notes

For the first time, we were able to use refrigeration to stop the fermentation. There is no back-sweetening of a dry wine, only the arrested, 2.5-3% Residual Sugar of the native grapes from our vineyard. No chemical additives, no enzymes, no stabilizers or bulked-up sulfites. Just grapes and yeast to bring this natural delight to your table.
