Another beautiful example of Bordeaux meets Rhône, this vintage of Xandro is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with a touch of Merlot. The mélange of dark fruit exhibited in this delicious wine has all of the usual suspects including black berry, cherry, red and black currant that mingle with hints of mocha, game, and umami. Delightfully complex and alluring today, but even better in five to eight years.
