I make this wine to satisfy my bride's desire for a bit to sip whilst nibbling a dark chocolate truffle. I planted Zinfandel for this wine. In this vintage, our Temprañillo and Lemberger bring additional complexity. This blend has been fermented in small batches with indigenous and cultured yeasts, punched down by humans, macerated post-fermentation, and aged in venerable oak barrels, all to give you and yours a new appreciation of dark chocolate. Angelicas were originally created as communion wines; the best experience with this wine is sharing it with your loved ones or loved one. In 2015 no chemicals were applied to our vines, our goal as wholistic winegrowers. Ingredients: grapes, unaged grape brandy, yeast, potassium metabisulfite Estate grown, produced, and bottled by Paradisos del Sol Zillah, WA, USA, in the heart of the Yakima Valley
