Made from Chenin Blanc, the Queen of Grapes, our Sève is pure and luscious! It is produced through a slow fermentation during a long cold winter in venerable barrels of 20-plus years. It rests on the lees through a spring and summer to add texture and body to the pureness of fruit.
We planted our Chenin Blanc in one of Earth’s sweet spots. Carefully tended, we have never sprayed our vines with insecticides or fungicides.
