Our 2021 Rosé is a gorgeous light ruby color with delightful watermelon on the nose. It is fully dry with mouthwatering raspberry and tart apple fruit flavors. Taken from a hilly block on the west end of Panther Ridge Vineyard, it is a celebration of the vines that toiled through the rocky soil to make delicious wine! Grapes are certified organic and farmed with biodynamic practices and were harvested by hand. Selected as a "Wine of the Week" by Santa Rosa's Press Democrat. Our supplies are extremely limited. Limit 3 bottles per person at this time.

Notes

Grapes were harvested on August 31, 2021. The grapes were macerated in the juice for a brief period and then were allowed to sit for an hour before draining into a stainless steel tank for fermentation. The wine was filtered and bottled on December 14, 2021.
