Our 2022 Rosé is a gorgeous light ruby color with delightful watermelon on the nose. It is fully dry with mouthwatering raspberry and tart apple fruit flavors. Taken from a hilly block on the west end of Panther Ridge Vineyard, it is a celebration of the vines that toiled through the rocky soil to make delicious wine! Grapes are certified organic and farmed with biodynamic practices and were harvested by hand. Only 25 cases produced. THIS ITEM IS SOLD OUT. Notes

Grapes were harvested on August 19, 2022. The grapes were macerated in the juice for a brief period and then were allowed to sit for 90 minutes before draining into a stainless steel tank for fermentation. The wine was filtered and bottled on December 7, 2023.
