Out East Rosé is a sustainably produced AOP Côtes de Provence rosé crafted in Montfort-sur-Argens, located in the heart of picturesque “Green” Provence.
A blend of Grenache (70%) and Cinsault (30%) varietals, this smooth and balanced rosé features complex aromas of peach, melon and wild strawberry, lifted by hints of white flowers and baking spices. Its bright minerality results from the limestone and clay soils and cool climate of Provence, giving it extraordinary freshness and vitality.
The region’s terroir is distinguished by pronounced mountainous reliefs which aid in trapping this perfect climate to grow world class grapes. Our rosé winemaking team, led by Valerie Courrèges, and supported by a group of passionate growers and oenologists, has significant experience producing world-class wine from multi-generational, family owned vineyards. Out East is best served chilled and pairs especially well with shellfish and fish dishes, spicy stews and braised meats and classic Mediterranean style cuisine.
