Out East Rosé is a sustainably produced AOP Côtes de Provence rosé crafted in Montfort-sur-Argens, located in the heart of picturesque “Green” Provence.
A blend of Grenache (70%) and Cinsault (30%) varietals, this smooth and balanced rosé features complex aromas of peach, melon and wild strawberry, lifted by hints of white flowers and baking spices. Its bright minerality results from the limestone and clay soils and cool climate of Provence, giving it extraordinary freshness and vitality.
The region’s terroir is distinguished by pronounced mountainous reliefs which aid in trapping
this perfect climate to grow world class grapes. Our rosé winemaking team, led by Valerie Courrèges, and supported by a group of passionate growers and oenologists, has significant experience producing world-class wine from multi-generational, family owned vineyards. Out East is best served chilled and pairs especially well with shellfish and fish dishes, spicy stews and braised meats and classic Mediterranean style cuisine.
Champagne À L’EST is a brut champagne produced in Épernay, France by Duc D’Aulencourt, joint venture between Out East and La Maison du Champagne, one of the region’s most highly regarded, privately owned champagne houses. Featuring an assemblage
of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (27%) and Pinot Meunier (13%).
Champagne À L’EST is a pure expression of style and substance. Elegantly layered with lively floral aromatics and crisp, vibrant white fruit, it exhibits distinct freshness, balanced acidity and invigorating minerality. With a pale golden robe and attractive train of bubbles, this champagne offers versatility and superior drinkability, whatever the occasion. Expertly crafted by Christophe Rapaneau, head of La Maison du Champagne and 2017 Sparkling Winemaker of the Year, Champagne À L’EST can be enjoyed as a quintessential drinking wine as well as served as an aperitif, paired with fresh seafood or as a compliment to desserts with a citrus or berry base.
