The first of its kind to be made in the USA, Orchard Hill Ten66 is inspired by the typical French Norman aperitif. It is named for the Year of the Norman invasion of England (1066). This still, balanced aperitif is made with apple brandy that is aged in french oak wine barrels, then blended with fresh sweet apple juice from our own sustainably grown apples. We age this pioneering pommeau for a minimum of 3 years in barrels.
Description: following the Norman tradition, we use brandy distilled from our cider and aged in used french oak barrique to blend with our estate juice for extended aging
