Pooka's Ride Rainier Cherry Mead Umpqua Valley Rainier Cherries co-fermented with Mesquite Blossom Honey. Stainless steel aged and Unabashedly Unfiltered. 125 Gallon Limited release. Bright red-gold and Medium Sweet, with a nice supple body. Sweet and spicy with a bright acidity and notes of sun ripened white and tart black cherries, with hints of vanilla, oak, and caramel. 11 % ABV 1.3% RS
