This traditional Metheglin is brewed with Arizona Desert Mesquite Blossom and Clover Honeys aged with a blend of over 12 whole spices. Cloves, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, rosemary, and black pepper mingle with a hint of smoke to provide a rich and complex experience from start to finish. This off-dry mead has just a hint of sweetness, with balanced acidity and the warming richness of spices. Perfect for fall, chilled, room temperature, or warmed for mulled mead.
