You spoke and we listened...we set aside some of our Ixcacao and aged it an extra 2 months on the Chipotle to create a rich dark warmth that emphasizes the richness of the chocolate and turns up the heat just a tad. Peruvian Dark Cacao and Chipotle with Organic Silvestre Honey from Brazil. Sweet Smokey and a warm spice. Clear Amber in tone and rich with flavors of orange peel, dark chocolate, black tea and tobacco. Pairs fantastically with a dark chocolate truffle. RS 5.6%
