WINE SPECTATOR TOP 100, 93 POINTS
A beautiful pale color for this wine, with nice reflections. The nose is complex, with notes of watermelon, grapefruit, wild strawberry, peony, and delicate flagrance. The palate is really vibrant, with a subtle harmony between the well-balanced structure, the expressive aromatic complexity and the energetic acidity.
An intense, perfumed nose leaps out of the glass with ripe, saturated, black and blueberry fruit character countered with herbal, spice and floral notes. Pronounced flavors abound in the decadent, silky, medium-bodied palate. Sporting blue fruits, sarsaparilla and lifted florals, the long finish ends with a string of fine grained, well integrated tannins.
Intriguing aromas of lemon meringue, lime rind, pear, and wool, play with hints of caramelized coconut flakes and almond flour. Flavors of classic lemon curd, quince, ripe pear and yellow apples remind us of the orchard fruits that once called the hillsides of La Belle Promenade home. Beautifully complex texture and fresh acidity have us convinced this wine is ready to release as it will pair well with this season’s fresh fall flavors and cooling temperatures.
Intense aromas of fresh red pomegranate and raspberry complement earthy forest floor, leather, white pepper and savory meat. Flavors of macerated strawberries, pomegranate and raspberry are accompanied by a briny olive tapenade, drying black tea leaves, and cedar wood. Silky and soft, balanced with buoyancy and impressive length, the 2019 Cuvée Constantin Pinot Noir leaves your palate awake and wanting more.
A copper-pink vibrancy illuminated by natural sunlight. Made from our Pinot noir, the palate opens with fresh strawberries, white and red raspberries, and ripe peach purée that leads to a smooth silky finish. This wine pairs well with creamy alfredo and whole clams over angel hair pasta with broccolini.
This Syrah was hand picked and fermented with gentle daily punch downs until ready to press and rest in barrel. While bold, this wine is velvety in texture and lingers on the palate with notes of cherry, warm spices and violets. A perfect pairing for grilled meats, roasted vegetables and strong cheeses such as Roquefort, gorgonzola and pecorino.
Garnet in color, the 2017 edition of Tradição has a highly aromatic nose of raspberry and strawberry, spice, cedar, and brown sugar. Red fruit (mixed berries and pomegranate) predominates the palate that offers sweet caramel notes from start to finish. Lush oak adds caramel notes without wood notes. Medium in body, but drinks heavier than it looks. Try with BBQ brisket sliders.
A White wine that encompasses everything we love about a summertime sipper. Bright acidity, beautiful citrus and tree fruits, and a high-toned, floral elegance. It's a perfect option for a patio aperitif or for a pairing with a light fish or other seafood dished.
Medium-dark, with generous aromas of cassis and cedar. The palate offers cassis, prune, and very dark chocolate framed by sweet-tart acidity and medium chewy tannins.
Notes: Restrained use of new American oak and Cabernet Sauvignon yeast brings a plush Napa-style to our Petite Sirah, a slight change from past vintages. Dark ruby with brick edges, this wine opens with an herbaceous nose of tomato-basil bruschetta, oak, tobacco, and prune wrapped in dusty cocoa powder. The palate has profound, plush, sweet, dark plummy fruit that offers the same qualities as the nose, carrying through a very long-lasting finish. Will age 20+ years. Think about pairing this lush wine with marinara-braised lamb shanks.

This Grenache is fruit-forward with flavors of cassis and berries and would pair nicely with hearty dishes. The fruit comes from McKinley Springs Vineyard, which is located near Yakima, WA in the Horse Heaven Hills of the Columbia Valley. It is a large vineyard that was planted in the 1980s by Robert Andrews, and is now owned by his son and his son's brother-in-law. The vineyard produces red wines with fruity aromas and great structure.

The nose teases us with honeysuckle, juicy golden fruit, and classic ginger and white pepper that are characteristic of Grüner. The palate follows up with the commiserate candied ginger, ripe melon, peach candies, and lime zest one would expect from such a luscious nose. There are spice and herbal undertones to the palate, showing more zesty acid, some cilantro and sage, light ginger and pepper, and finishes with fleshy, mouth-watering lychee and kiwi fruits, and length, brightness, and tension that will ensure this wine will age very well, and will gain heft and palate richness with time in bottle. Lovely today and tomorrow.
This non-traditional Rhone Blend is a tribute to the two distinct regions of the Rhone Valley that originally made Andrew Rich fall in love with wine. The Syrah is most prominent and adds dark fruit and spice like its Northern Rhone inspiration. The Mourvedre and Grenache bring bold and savory fruit almost in a Chateauneuf-du-Pape manner.
Croft Vineyard, in the foothills of the coast range just south of the Eola Amity Hills, is one of the Willamette Valley’s OG Sauvignon growers, having planted the variety in the mid-80s. Whether it’s because of their careful organic farming, their marine sedimentary Bellpine soils, or the site’s favorable aspect and warm microclimate, their Sauvignon grapes produce a wine of distinction. Don’t think Napa, don’t think Marlborough: Andrew might not mind if this recalls Sancerre, but in fact it's Willamette Valley through and through.
The first ever non-Pinot Noir ever produced by Asilda, the 2021 Sangiovese comes from the Chandler Ranch Vineyard in the Columbia Valley; nestled between the Horse Heaven Hills to the south and Red Mountain to the east. This Syrah has notes of luscious blueberries, blackberries, as well as savory, meaty undertones. Grounded by a nuanced earthiness, it culminates in a delicately spiced oak finish with a whisper of pepper. The whole cluster gives the wine a strong backbone of grippy tannins that elongate the finish and complement the fruity front palate.
