Our 1st edition of our Orchard Reserve Series cider made of exclusively English Cider apples. Made from Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, Yarlington Mill, Chisel Jersey, and Kingston Black apples. This unique cider has incredibly rich and tannic flavors from the bittersharp and bittersweet apples that are grown and pressed at Lewis Creek Orchard in Henderson County, NC.

Taste an Appalachian tradition with the fruity, semi-dry-, lightly spiced flavor of our Blue Ridge Hard Cider. Apple trees thrive in this area, including those once planted around the Market Gardener's Cottage at Biltmore. To celebrate the estate's long-ago practice of providing fruit for the house and hard cider for employees, The Biltmore Winery and Noble Cider teams chose local apples from Lewis Creek Farm to craft a crisp and delicious hard cider. You'll be hard pressed to find a better way to savor our Blue Ridge Mountain heritage.

It is a mixed berry cider made with whole blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. This wildly sweet blend of berries is balanced by a pleasantly tart, dry finish with a magnificent rosé hue, colors fit for a hero.

Melato - In the highlands of southern Brazil grows the Bracatinga tree. Every two years bees collect nectar from the Bracatinga flowers as well as honeydew produced by aphids. The resulting dark rich honey, is considered some of the best in the world. 14%abv

Strawberry Cyser - Fresh pressed apple juice is blended together with wildflower honey and fermented with whole strawberries. The resulting Cyser (Apple Strawberry Mead) is a sweet blend of rich and fruity flavor with aromas of strawberry and honey. 13.5%abv
