Our 2017 Pinot Noir Rosé features fresh, bright aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, watermelon and rose petal. With a rich body and tangy acidity, this wine is a refreshing and flavorful addition to a light meal.
Notes
Vinification notes: Grapes were hand harvested at optimal maturity, then meticulously sorted (hand, berry, then optical), crushed and soaked for 24 hours to extract maximum flavor before being pressed. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented slow and cold, in stainless steel, with specially selected yeast strains. Delicious and refreshing Rogue Valley Rosé.
