The Vin Gris de Gamay was produced separately from the red Gamay. Grapes were whole-cluster pressed. 100% Gamay. Stainless-steel fermented and aged. By contrast the Rosé was produced by crushing the fruit, and soaking the juice on skins; naturally this process produces more color. This wine is made from grapes only grown at Muse Vineyards.
