We use only classic champagne grapes (Pinot Noir, with a dab of Chardonnay) for our sparkling rosé. This is a wonderful sparkling wine with the sprite character of rosé, begging to be sipped under the drooping leaves of a shade tree in mid-summer.
Complete méthode champenoise: cellared under-ground in our cave for at least one year prior to hand riddling, disgorgement and corking.
