This is the second varietal wine we've made from the small vineyard we managed in Shakopee from 2019-2021. It's a dry red wine that exhibits blackberry and cherry notes, with hints of leather and allspice from the 13 months it spent in the barrel. It's reminiscent of a red Burgundy while being decidedly Marquette. Enjoy it with roast duck or mushroom risotto.
