Made from the white grape La Crescent (no oranges involved!), L'Orange was made like a red wine: destemmed and fermented on the skins for a week before being pressed and aged in neutral oak. The wine expresses complex notes of lemongrass, honey, and herbal tea, with minerals and dried herbs on the palate. It's finished with a slight, refreshing effervescence.
