Luminous yellow color, brilliant clarity followed by potpourri of tropical fruit attacking the nose while you swirl. At first very subtle, with fruit taste of mango, pineapple, guava lifting up the longer the wine stays on the palate. Sweet taste caroms into dry finish that lasts full three minutes.

Fermentation: Barrel fermented, 10 months in new and used American and French Oak, Sur Lees for 6 months.
