Presents with bright yellow hue and brilliant clarity. Legs fall in one sheet down rim of glass displaying abundance of viscosity. Citrus, apple, and sourdough aromas followed up in mouth with similar flavors, highlighted with a rich, cream note covering the mid palate. Finish is long, focused, softly tannic.
Fermentation: Aged ten months in twice used French Oak barrels. Combination of native and commercial yeasts used to complete fermentation.
