Multi-vintage blend tracing our wine-making history from 2014-2018. Produced as a single cuvee taking many a small lot into account, the AllIn is driven by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, with minor roles played out in the nose and mouth by Chambourcin and Malbec. Deep garnet core and rim show vinous bottle age, however, the blend produced a bouquet of cherry, tobacco, dry dark chocolate, and dried leaves lending a mature, savory spirit to the blend. More Chianti than Bordeaux in the mouth, flavors of spice, berry, and meatiness persist throughout and make the wine an obvious choice for every day drinking with a variety of foods.
