This traditional mead is made with just three ingredients: Certified Organic Brazilian Wildlower Honey, water, and yeast.
For honey to be considered organic, it must come from very remote areas. The bee hive must be surrounded by a 10 mile radius of complete wilderness, with no farms or human land use allowed. In this case, the honey comes from the Amazon!
