We took the very last New Hampshire apples that were available to us and had them fresh pressed into apple cider. We then blended it with Honey and let it ferment and age in freshly emptied Jim Beam barrels for over 6 months.
The end result is nothing short of heavenly. It is unlike any of the other apple meads that we make, that's why we felt it deserved its own unique label design.
