A semi-dry New World Style Cider that's made for sharing with friends. This approachable cider was created by coaxing subtle flavors from a blend of Rocky Mountain apples through a gentle fermentation process with aging on oak, then adding back a bit of sweet juice. The results are a fruit-forward cider experience perfect for drinking anytime; appley with wood, spice and Mac notes. Darby Pub Cider was awarded a Gold medals at the 2017 Royal Bath and West Show (England), 2018/19 Portland International Cider Cup, and Great Lakes International Cider Competition. SIP Northwest magazine awarded it Best Traditional Apple Cider in 2016. ABV 5.5%. Available in 500ml bottles only.
