Savannah HEAT: This mead is made with Hot Honey from the Savannah Bee company. It's a mango, pineapple and orange mead that has all of it's heat from the honey addition. Scotch Bonnet and Habanero heat hits you immediately but dissipates quickly so that you're ready for your next sip.

Butter Buzz: Butterscotch mead that's made with festive spices with Vanilla and Maple, 2020 Silver Medal Mead Crafters Competition

Fuego: Barrel Aged mead that's limited release. This is our Dragon Nectar that's been aged in tequila barrels and then blended with jalapenos. It's dry and almost tastes like a passion fruit margarita with a hint of spice.

MonkHatten: Limited Release Barrel Aged Mead; aged in whiskey barrels for 6 months before we blend it with orange and cherry. Evokes tones of a classic cocktail, the Manhattan. You'll almost taste the maraschino cherry garnish that you'd find in the cocktail. 10% abv

Dragon's Nectar: (2 included) Passion fruit, hibiscus, and dragon fruit Mead: Official Mead of Dragon Con 2020 and 2021. Silver Medal at the Beverage Tasting Institute 2020

Dragon Blaster: (2 included) A playful riff on the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Lemonade mead that's made with edible glitter. Activate glitter by agitating the can before pouring into your favorite glass. It's refreshing and pretty.

Monks Mead is a dry mead with a hint of honey flavor, gently carbonated and crisp. It’s dangerously easy to imbibe despite being 11.9% abv. Monks Mead is made from wildflower honey and water and naturally fermented with a champagne yeast.

Belgian yeast to drives the main flavors and light additions of Nugget and Mt. Hood hops are included for bitterness and flavor, and the mead offers beautiful notes of clove, spice, fruit and witbier coriander complexity..
