Look: A medium gold color Aromas: Subtle floral aromas Taste: Flavors of meyer lemon with citrus notes bring flavors throughout the palate. This medium bodied, dry white wine has a refreshing finish that makes it a perfect pairing with seafood, hard cheeses, and enjoy a lazy day on the porch.

Notes

These grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the field to remove unripe fruit and any foreign materials that could possibly affect the wine. In the winery we whole cluster press the grapes, then move the juice into stainless steel tanks so that we can control the temperatures to about 50° F. After letting the wines settle we begin cold fermentation which lasts for about 30 days.
