This dry white wine has a light body and a smooth finish making it a refreshing summer wine, but also pairing well with food. Enjoy with a lot of different foods off the grill (pork, salmon, and vegetables), hard cheeses and appetizer trays. 50% Riesling / 50% Trebbiano

Notes

These grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the field to remove unripe fruit and any foreign materials that could possibly affect the wine. In the winery we whole cluster press the grapes, then move the juice into stainless steel tanks so that we can control the temperatures to about 50° F. After letting the wines settle we begin cold fermentation which lasts for about 3 weeks.
