Our 2013 Raisin d'Être Red is made up of 100% cabernet franc grapes that were dried in a tobacco barn. 7% RS Utilizing fans and heat to dry the grapes out, we are able to create a unique dessert wine with highly concentrated fruit. This wine can age for ten to fifteen years and pairs wonderfully with chocolate desserts.
