A blend of two superb grapes, local cider, and raw wildflower honey. This mead is dry, but very fruity. Chenin Blanc, and Semillon grapes were used to create this pyment, which was then aged in Sauternes barrels for six months. The apple notes and honey really make the grape varietals sing, and the pleasant oak ties them all together.
